Distance sales agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products purchased through the currentcrew. online store, operated by Power Ten Yönetim Danışmanlık ve Ticaret A.Ş., and sets out the rights and obligations of the parties. This Agreement is based on Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

In this Agreement, Power Ten Yönetim Danışmanlık ve Ticaret A.Ş. is referred to as the "Seller", and the consumer placing the order is referred to as the "Buyer".

Article 2. subject of the agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions governing the sale, payment and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the currentcrew. online store.

Article 3. product and order details

The essential characteristics, quantities, prices including applicable taxes, any discounts and delivery charges of the products ordered are displayed to the Buyer before the order is completed.

The order summary, including the order number, date, product details, payment method, total amount and delivery address, forms an integral part of this Agreement.

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and contact information when placing an order.

Article 4. payment

The Buyer pays the total order amount using the payment method selected at checkout.

The order is processed once payment has been successfully completed.

Article 5. delivery

Orders are handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from this period.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and the carrier's operating conditions. Products will be delivered within the timeframe communicated at checkout and without exceeding the maximum period permitted by law.

The Seller is responsible for any loss of or damage to the product until it is delivered to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer other than the carrier. If the Buyer requests delivery through a carrier other than the one designated by the Seller, the relevant statutory exception applies.

If delivery becomes impossible, the Seller will notify the Buyer within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation and refund all payments received, including any delivery charges, within 14 days of that notification. The unavailability of a product in stock does not, by itself, constitute impossibility of delivery.

If an ordered product cannot be supplied, the Seller will not send a substitute product without the Buyer's express consent. The Buyer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

Article 6. right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason or incurring any penalty.

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before the product has been delivered.

The Buyer may exercise this right by sending an email to snakeandpigsportstr@gmail.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

The Buyer must return the product within 14 days of notifying the Seller of the decision to withdraw.

Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller. Return shipping instructions will be provided to the Buyer.

Article 7. exceptions to the right of withdrawal and product condition

The right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances specified under the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

For products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the statutory exception may apply if the protective packaging, seal or hygiene strip has been opened after delivery.

Any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its characteristics and functionality will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

If the Buyer wishes to return a purchased product, the Buyer agrees not to damage the product or its packaging and to provide the Seller with the original invoice or a copy of the electronic invoice when returning the product.

Article 8. refunds

Where the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product price and any delivery charges refundable under applicable law will be reimbursed within the statutory timeframe.

If the product is handed over to the carrier specified in the pre-contractual information, the refund will be processed within 14 days of that handover.

If a different carrier is used, the refund period may begin on the date the Seller receives the returned product.

If the product has not yet been delivered, the refund period begins when the Seller receives the withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, at no additional cost to the Buyer.

Article 9. defective or incorrect products

If a product is delivered defective, damaged or different from the item ordered, the Buyer's statutory rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain unaffected.

Damage caused by improper use does not, by itself, constitute a product defect.

Article 10. force majeure

If extraordinary circumstances beyond the parties' control prevent the performance of this Agreement, the affected party will notify the other party as soon as reasonably possible.

Such circumstances do not remove the Buyer's statutory consumer rights.

Article 11. international shipping

The Seller may accept orders for delivery to the United Arab Emirates and other countries listed as available shipping destinations at checkout.

International delivery times, shipping charges and applicable customs duties may vary by destination. Information about import duties and additional charges will be provided before the order is completed.

Any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the destination country remain unaffected.

Article 12. protection of personal data

The Buyer's personal data will be processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant privacy notices published on the currentcrew. online store.

Article 13. dispute resolution

Consumer disputes arising from this Agreement may be referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdictional rules.

Where required by law, mandatory mediation must be completed before court proceedings are initiated.

Article 14. entry into force

Before completing the order, the Buyer is informed of the essential characteristics of the products, the total price, delivery conditions and the right of withdrawal.

This Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic acceptance. A copy of the Agreement will be provided to the Buyer through a durable medium.
